I know Priceline tickets are typically nontransferrable, non refundable, but in a situation like this, are we expected to just eat the cost of the unused ticket?

In fact our article suggests in most cases the fee the bond agents charge for their services is non refundable although our articles have enough problems that I wonder if this is really the case . ( Beyond the risk of being pursued by a bounty hunter, it would seem wise for the bond agents to give some other incentive to the defendants to appear on their own.
